NIAGARA FALLS, ON—The 2014 Canadian Franchise Association (CFA) Awards of Excellence in Franchising saw Fastsigns take Silver in the category of "Traditional - Mature Franchises."

Fastsigns was also one of over 40 companies to earn a 2014 Franchisee Choice designation, along with fellow print providers Instant Imprints, Pak Mail Canada, Print Three Franchising, Sign-a-rama, and Speedpro Systems (which includes Speedpro Imaging and Speedpro Signs).

"The relationship between a franchisor and a franchisee is truly a partnership," stated Mark Jameson, executive vice president of franchise support and development at Fastsigns. "This recognition is a testament to the dedication of our team's efforts and focus in putting franchise partners first. We are very proud of this achievement -- it's the ultimate compliment from our Canadian franchise partners."

The awards, presented April 7 at a gala in Niagara Falls, are open to CFA members in celebration of superior franchisee relations, team work and communication. Winners are chosen based on a survey completed by member franchisors and franchisees.

Fastsigns is the franchisor for more the 545 sign, graphic and visual communications centres. It has 23 centres in Canada and another eight currently under development.
