Jellybean Imaging bought by IDP Group
OSHAWA, ON—The IDP Group has announced its acquisition of Jellybean Imaging. Jellybean's business, previously based in Whitby, Ont., will now be conducted at IDP's headquarters.

"A key segment of the company mission statement includes finding businesses that share in the same mix and culture," said IDP president Paul Valdstyn in a release. That strategy has been "an important aspect of the [company's] growth and successes to date," he said.

Previous Jellybean staffers including design and production staff will be part of the transition, according to company info. Tony Vander Cruysen, previously owner of Jellybean Imaging, will become vice president of design at IDP.

The IDP Group offers large format printing, vehicle wraps, large run offset print, book bindery and more. The acquisition of Jellybean enhances its corporate branding and marketing capabilities, opens up opportunities in web design services, and provides the ability to offer on-site digital black and white and colour copying, including brochures, catalogues, magazines, reports and business cards, said the release.
