Transcontinental launches large circulation print magazine
MONTREAL—Transcontinental Media has announced the launch of a "dynamic new media brand" called Juice, with a planned print circulation of 400,000 copies.
Editorial content will be developed, produced and distributed by Transcontinental Media, "with the focus on providing consumers with delicious recipes and meal ideas, the latest nutrition news as well as practical health and financial advice."
Transcontinental will be publishing the magazine six times a year in relationship with Loblaw Companies Limited, which will drive the magazine's initial circulation base of more than 400,000 mailed copies to a large selection of Loblaw's customers. It will also be available for purchase at select Loblaw banner stores and other retailer newsstands.
