Bowne Don Mills location for lease
TORONTO—The Don Mills location of Bowne has been put up for lease with no plans of renewal, PrintCan has learned. A company representative said they have been told the location will not be in use when the lease is up later this year.

R.R. Donnelly announced plans to buy Bowne earlier this year in a deal estimated to be worth US$481 million. A representative with R.R. Donnelly would not comment on the Bowne plant closure because the deal is still going through.
Bowne currently operates six locations across Canada. Not all locations include printing and in recent years Bowne has downplayed its printing focus, positioning itself as a company which manages shareholder and marketing communications.
