Quebecor World postpones restructuring vote to June 22
MONTREAL—Quebecor World has postponed its vote on restructuring under the U.S. bankruptcy court, set for today, to Monday of next week. A meeting of the affected Canadian creditors was also moved from today to Monday.
The joint hearing of the approval and confirmation of the U.S. and Canadian Plan remains scheduled for June 30.
Last week, Quebecor World rejected R.R. Donnelley’s US$1.55 billion, in favour of its own restructuring plan.
