Al Jenkins passes away
TORONTO—Al Jenkins, known to many in the industry as the former president of Multicare Printing Machinery, died yesterday morning at the age of 68.

He suffered a massive stroke, a friend of the family has confirmed to PrintCan. Jenkins founded Multicare in 1975 and ran it until his retirement in 1997. The firm sold and repaired presses and bindery equipment.

Visitations are scheduled at the Turner & Porter funeral home in Etobicoke on Thursday from 6 to 9 pm, and on Friday from 2 to 4 pm and 6 to 9 pm. The funeral will be held at Turner & Porter on Saturday at 10 am.  Turner & Porter is located at 4933 Dundas St. W. in Toronto.
