Agfa Graphics announces successful closing of recent Pitman Company acquisition
Agfa Graphics has successfully completed the acquisition of the assets of the Harold M. Pitman Company, a leading supplier of prepress, industrial inkjet, pressroom and packaging printing products and systems in the USA. The signing of the purchase agreement was announced on July 15, 2010.
