Boss Logo which went into receivership and now bankruptcy at the beginning of September had assets of $4,920 and liabilities so far of $4,366,795. The assets include over $3 million for equipment and $153,845 for Loans receivable. Some equipment people have question the value of $3 million. The largest creditor is the TD Bank for $3,250,000 who also appointed the receiver.

Unsecured creditors totalled over $1 million with the largest  over $200,000. Some creditors haves not reported their numbers yet. What equipment is under lease is currently not available. The receiver MNP is currently getting in offers for various assets. Boss Logo appears to be resurrecting it's self under a new name.

glad to see these crooks shut down. Worst customer service and quality. You would never get a refund EVEN if its their mistake. Never have orders done on time. Always an excuse.
