Traffik’s 90-person staff of copywriters, art directors, strategists, client-service professionals and production artists will integrate into SGS immediately.

"It's a great day for both our organizations and our clients," Aidan Tracey, SGS chief executive officer said. "With its top-notch team of creative professionals and strategists, Traffik bravely explores and often invents new avenues to connect with consumers. The addition of Traffik to SGS will significantly enhance both companies' ability to serve clients in a creative, efficient, and scalable fashion globally."

Traffik’s founder and CEO Mark Ferrier will continue to lead the company and will also take on an expanded roll with SGS overseeing Canadian operations.

"Over the course of the past 10 years, Traffik's services have evolved to accommodate the ever-changing media environment – and we've done it well," Ferrier said. "Together, SGS and Traffik offer a rare combination of skills and creativity. We're excited to see where this new opportunity takes us."
