CCT Printing installs Heidelberg Speedmaster
TORONTO—CCT Printing added a Heidelberg Speedmaster CD 102-5+L with coating unit. The purchase is part of the company's recent growth, reportedly doubling in orders and sales over the past two years.

"We celebrated our 25th anniversary as our busiest and most exciting year,” said owner and president Tracy Ma. The company started in 1988 as a small typesetting outfit and now has 20 full-time employees.

Ma purchased CCT in 1995. The company began offset printing in 1998, and six years later purchased its first 4-colour press from Heidelberg, a Printmaster PM74-4. Two years later it expanded with a Speedmaster SM-74-5P+L. According to Ma, growing run lengths and the need for tighter turnaround times pushed the latest purchase of the CD 102-5+L.

CCT Printing specializes in working with simplified and traditional Chinese characters, for multi-cultural businesses in the Toronto market, the wider Ontario area, and some western provinces. It produces menus, flyers and news bulletins in a variety of languages.
