POP Displays merges with France's Duo Display
MONTREAL—POP Displays of Montreal now has a European partner after merging with Duo Display of France.

The combined companies will be known as Duo Display, with its North American manufacturing and distribution center located in Montreal, and sales and technical support teams in Chicago and Vancouver. Duo Display’s corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility in France continues to serve the European market.

Duo Display brings expertise in product development, including the tension fabric modular display system dubbed Panoramic.

“We are very excited about the merger and look forward to working with POP Displays as partners. Our management team has known the POP Displays team for a long time, and we have always believed that our companies were a good fit,” said Francois Frezouls, president of Duo Display.

Through its in-house manufacturing and wide-format printing facilities, POP Displays supplies turnkey exhibit and display products including dye sublimation fabric printing, sewing and finishing.

“The combination of POP Displays’ North American production facilities and Duo Display’s first-rate marketing and product development is great news for all of our resellers. They now have improved selling tools and full-scale in-house production capabilities,” explained Joel Shalit, president of POP Displays.

A new website for the merged company is expected sometime in the new year.
