Trancontinental cuts ribbon on new Digital Services Business Unit
TORONTO—Transcontinental hosted an open house on Tuesday night to officially open its Digital Services Business Unit, a 60,000 sq. ft. studio facility for design, photography and image control.

The facility, newly consolidated from two other studios with a staff of about 300, handles food, fashion and home décor styling and photography, including production of the Canadian Tire catalogue.

The facility also handles digital asset management services, storing thousands of images for clients.

Christian Trudeau, president of the marketing communications division; Nicky Milner, vice president of the printing and premedia group; and Kevin Kelly, general manager of the digital services business unit pose together after the ribbon cutting on the new facility.
