Transcontinental acquires print-to-Web provider
MONTREAL—Transcontinental has announced the acquisition of Conversys Inc. for an undisclosed price. Conversys is a print-to-Web provider that specializes in transforming printed marketing materials into interactive content for the Internet.

Conversys’ 30 employees and production work will continue to be based in London, Ont., while a sales office will be established at the Transcontinental Digital Services facility in Mississauga, Ont.
“This acquisition is a perfect complement to Transcontinental's newly formed Marketing Communications sector, which is focused on developing innovative solutions that span multiple consumer communication channels to deliver improved returns on marketing investments,” said Transcontinental Inc. president and CEO Francois Olivier in a statement.
